License grants

Products purchased through our marketplace are licensed, not sold. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product for your own business as a Medicare agent. You may not resell, redistribute, or sub-license any product.

Acceptable use

• You must provide accurate registration and licensing information.
• You may not share your account credentials or purchased materials with others.
• You may not use our tools to misrepresent plan benefits or provide unauthorized advice.
• You are responsible for verifying all plan data with carrier-published materials before client presentations.

Pricing and payments

All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Orders placed at the listed price at the time of purchase are final.

Refunds

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise required by law.

Limitation of liability

Our tools are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for decisions made based on plan data displayed in our tools. Agents are responsible for verifying all information with official carrier materials.

Changes to terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
